New Website for Brf Drömkåken 2

The association's website has been completely redesigned. The new site includes updated resident information, realtor details, and a comprehensive history section about the property and its residents since 1935. The site is now available in both Swedish and English.

A big thank you to Ingalill Tengvall for her thorough research and the wonderful text about the building's history, from the Berlin trip and the Bergström brothers to the first tenants and the founding of the association.

Information about new cleaning company "Mickes Städ". Summer schedule with cleaning twice a month, winter schedule four times a month. Update on the facade work.

Facade and Window Renovation

The window renovation is complete. The facade renovation is ongoing during autumn. Over the summer and early autumn, windows and balcony doors were renovated externally. Energy-efficient glass was installed in windows (not bathroom windows). The facade was painted in the original colour.

The board has decided to renovate the facades. We are coordinating with the neighbouring association to keep costs down.

Dryer Serviced and New Door Locks

The dryer has been serviced. New door lock codes have been distributed via email.

Pipe Replacement Status November 2016

The pipe replacement project is ongoing. Focus is on vertical pipes with minimal disruption to the apartments.

New Keypad for Entrance at No. 13

The faulty Bewator panel has been replaced with an Axema VAKA system. The codes remain unchanged.

Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishers

Fire extinguishers are located on the ground floor by the rear exit. Fire alarms are installed in the stairwells. In case of fire: Rescue, Warn, Call 112, Extinguish.
