About the Association

Brf Drömkåken 2 was established in 1997 and consists of 12 co-op apartments and 2 commercial units rented out by the association. The property is located in the Halleberg 2 block, Hunnebergsvägen 11-13 in Traneberg, Bromma.

The association uses SBC as its financial administrator. A broker report can be ordered for a fee from SBC.

Ownership

The association does not accept legal entities as buyers, nor shared ownership (e.g., a parent purchasing together with a child or similar arrangements). However, shared ownership is accepted if both parties reside in the apartment.

Transfer and Mortgage Deeds

The association has resolved at a general meeting to require an inspection at transfer to check whether any unauthorised changes have been made to ventilation, heating, gas, balcony or electrical risers. Contact the board to arrange an inspection in connection with a transfer.

Note: The inspection does not relieve the tenant-owner of responsibility for remedying any undetected deficiencies or mandatory ventilation measures (OVK). It is a tool for early detection of potential problems.

Questions of membership are decided by the board within one month of a written application being received. The application, together with the transfer agreement and any mortgage deed, should be posted to:

Maintenance & Renovations

The association aims to follow the maintenance plan, which may entail future changes in fees. Stairwells and basement areas are maintained and cleaned by a cleaning company. The laundry room is cleaned by each member after every laundry session.
