Contact the Board
Chairman: see notice board at the entrances
Email: [email protected]
Emergency service numbers are posted in the stairwells. Avoid calling for matters that can wait until the next business day, as most emergency call-outs incur costs.
Report an Issue
Faults or damage to apartments, the building, or other property must be reported to the board as soon as possible. This also applies to pest infestations.
Contact the board by email or phone. For urgent matters (water leaks, power outages in common areas, lock issues) call the chairman directly.
Water Damage
Preventing Water Damage
- Regularly check where the water shut-off valve is located in your apartment.
- Inspect areas under the kitchen sink and appliances for leaks.
- Check radiators for rust stains.
- Inspect bathroom floors for signs of moisture damage, such as bubbles in the flooring or dark spots in the parquet.
In Case of Water Damage
- Try to shut off the water and limit the damage.
- Contact the board immediately. Outside office hours, call the emergency number posted in the stairwell.
- Report the damage to your own insurance company regardless of who was at fault.
Responsibility
The association is responsible for investigating the extent of the damage, removing surface materials when necessary, and drying areas that fall under the association's maintenance responsibility.
As the apartment owner, you are responsible for restoring surface materials. The final cost allocation may depend on whether negligence or intent contributed to the damage.
